This text has been prepared by Sisel Mühendislik Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Company") as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation.

The purpose of this Cookie Disclosure Text is to inform you about which types of cookies we use for what purposes and how you can manage these cookies regarding the processing of personal data obtained automatically through the placement of cookies used on our website on your device. 3. According to purpose of use:

  • a. Strictly Necessary Cookies: Cookies that are necessary for using features such as navigating the website and accessing secure areas of the site.
  • b. Functional Cookies: Allows the website to remember past selections (username information, password information, which language is preferred, etc.). Preference cookies that provide automatic login to the website are also called functional cookies.
  • c. Performance-Analytics Cookies: Also known as statistics cookies, performance-analytics cookies are cookies that provide anonymous, statistical data regarding the use of the website. With statistics cookies, how the user uses the website, the pages visited, and the links clicked can be stored. Anonymized statistics cookies are not used to identify the website user. II. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA THROUGH OUR WEBSITE

Note: These types of cookies are also not activated in any way other than explicit consent and can be withdrawn by the user at any time.

Additionally, your website browsing data (IP Address Information, Website Entry and Exit Information, Location Data) is processed on a limited basis for the following purposes and legal reasons regulated under KVKK Art. 5:

  • The Company's need for your personal data such as your IP address in order to fulfill its legal and contractual obligations, especially those arising from Law No. 5651 on Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed by Means of Such Publications and the Regulation on Procedures and Principles of Regulation of Publications on the Internet,
  • Ensuring company and visitor network traffic security,
  • Conducting information security processes, conducting access activities, conducting activities in compliance with legislation, monitoring and conducting legal affairs, conducting/auditing business activities, receiving and evaluating suggestions for improving business processes, conducting business continuity activities, conducting goods/services sales processes, conducting goods/services production and operation processes, conducting customer relationship management processes, conducting performance evaluation processes, conducting risk management processes, conducting storage and archiving activities, carrying out activities for customer satisfaction, tracking requests/complaints, conducting product/service marketing processes, ensuring the security of data controller operations, providing information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations, conducting management activities, creating and tracking visitor records

"Necessity of processing personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, Necessity for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation, Necessity of data processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject."

III. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data obtained through cookies may be shared with domestic and foreign technology suppliers, analytics and advertising service providers (e.g. Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok), and our business partners from whom we receive services, only limited to the processing purposes stated above and based on your explicit consent.

In addition, your personal data may be shared for the purpose of fulfilling the proper information requests of authorized public institutions and organizations and within the framework of our obligations arising from legislation.

During data transfer, full compliance with the conditions set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK is ensured; cross-border data transfers are carried out only based on the explicit consent of the data subject or in accordance with the safeguards determined by the Board.

IV. DESTRUCTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Our Company retains your personal data only for the period required for data processing purposes and limited to the retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation. Personal data whose retention period has expired or whose processing purpose has ceased are deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the periodic destruction processes in accordance with Article 7 of the KVKK and the provisions of the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data.

Your personal data obtained through cookies is also deactivated when you change your preferences through your browser settings or the cookie management panel, and the data on the servers under our Company's control is deleted or rendered non-functional through the relevant technical tools.

However, the destruction of persistent cookies placed by third-party providers (e.g. Google, Meta) and over which our Company has no direct intervention is subject to the data policies of the relevant third parties. In this context, users should direct their requests regarding third-party cookies directly to the relevant provider.

V. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Within the framework of Article 11 of the KVKK, you can submit the following requests to our Company:

  1. To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it if it has been processed,
  2. To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  3. To learn the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  4. To request correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
  5. To request deletion, destruction or anonymization of your personal data if the reasons requiring processing of your personal data within the scope of Article 7 of the KVKK have ceased to exist,
  6. To request that the transactions carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  7. To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  8. To request compensation for damage if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

You can exercise the above rights in accordance with the KVKK and the provisions of the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to Data Controller published on 10.03.2018 and relevant current legislation through the relevant application channels accessible on our website at https://www.enda.com/;

  • You can deliver in person/by hand, send via notary or registered mail to Şerifali Mah. Barbaros Cad. No:18/1 Ümraniye/İstanbul,
  • You can send via your email address registered in our system to ik@enda.com.tr.

For a person other than the data subject to make a request, there must be a notarized special power of attorney issued in the name of the person who will apply on behalf of the data subject regarding the matter.

Your requests that you properly submit to our Company in this context will be finalized within thirty days at the latest. If the finalization of your requests requires an additional cost, a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board") will be charged by our Company from the applicant. If your application is responded to via a recording medium such as CD or flash memory, a fee determined not to exceed the cost of the recording medium may be charged by our Company.

Our Company may request information from the data subject in order to determine whether the applicant is the owner of the personal data, and may ask questions to the data subject regarding the application in order to clarify the matters specified in the application.

Pursuant to Article 14 of the KVKK, in cases where the application is rejected, the response given is found insufficient, or the application is not responded to in time; the personal data owner may file a complaint with the Board within thirty days from the date of learning of our Company's response and in any case within sixty days from the date of application.
